MEEWE (meewe.co) is a holiday rental marketplace currently in pre-launch, published and operated by BIILOO LIMITED (England and Wales, company registration number 17433699). This page explains how we handle the personal data collected on this website.

Data we collect

Waiting list: your email address, chosen language, sign-up date and, if you tick the box, your marketing consent. Host interest form: first name, last name, email, country, property type and your optional message.

Why we use it

To inform you about the launch of MEEWE and, for hosts, to contact you about joining the platform. Marketing messages are only sent if you gave your explicit consent, which is optional.

Legal basis

Your consent and our legitimate interest in preparing the launch of MEEWE, in accordance with the GDPR.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell your data. We keep it until the launch of MEEWE and for a maximum of 3 years without contact, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@biiloo.com. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
